Our customers are located across the United States. Our Service Department can dispatch a service technician to your job site no matter where you are, typically within 24 hours.

Training

 

GenesisTC® is so much more than a service company. We understand that training personnel to operate your analytical instruments is an on-going task. We are here to help. GenesisTC® offers on-site training or training at our Kingwood, Texas office. GenesisTC® offers training for laboratory and online sulfur/nitrogen elemental analyzers. A Service Contract with GenesisTC® is the perfect solution for those customers who require the added peace of mind that their analyzers will always be up and running. GenesisTC® 's Service Contract provides regularly scheduled Preventive Maintenance programs as well as priority service times for one competitive price for the life of the contract. The life of the Service Contract varies on the needs of the customer. GenesisTC®'s goal is to minimize instrument down-time. Genesis The Company was conceived by Irvin Helder in 1996. Irvin worked into his eighties and was devoted to providing the highest quality of service to his clients. Irvin passed his business to me, Richard Hernandez, in January 2007, and I am doing my very best to provide the same quality and knowledgeable service to my clients as well. He did it because he cared about the folks he worked for, and I do it for the same reason. When I was the Service Manager for an analyzer manufacturer, my boss, who was also the owner of the company, instilled in me the importance of taking care of the customer to minimize their instrument's down time. I have been inspired by two great men who always put Customer Service first and who taught me to do the same.
